Requirement
The available space in the bodyshop was limited. At the same time, the production capacity of the plant should be increased. We needed a compact solution, but with technological equipment that would allow for greater efficiency in the production process, low emissions and consumption.
Solution
The customer chose the Space Saver Spray Booth Oven spray booth oven, which makes processes leaner and increases productive space.
The positioning of the high-performance thermal-ventilating unit on top of the booth instead of the side/rear has saved valuable space and increased the freedom of movement for the operators. The system is equipped with the innovative Blowpower™ system and a touchscreen PLC smart control system. Maintenance is easy and secure thanks to an access ladder and integrated railings.
