When painting large objects, the use of paint lift platforms greatly increases plant productivity by speeding up preparation and painting operations.

The high productivity of the plant required the use of components to increase the speed of processing, such as paint lifts, and a booth that could be divided into two sections depending on the length of the medium to be painted.
Solution
A large Space booth divided in half by an intermediate door was installed, allowing the creation of two independently manageable zones or, in the case of long vehicles, a single zone with single control (Master & Slave). In this way it is possible to use only one zone, halving energy consumption, or to carry out two different stages of processing at the same time, or even to use the two sections as one large cabin.
The installation of lifting platforms that are perfectly integrated with the cabin has made it possible to greatly increase the speed of processing by reaching every point of the vehicle safely with the necessary utilities (compressed air for spraying or sanding).
A paint mixing box completes the installation, allowing paint to be prepared safely and securely.
