Processing large components requires handling large air volumes, which can require high energy input. It is possible to keep energy consumption under control through an intermediate door that divides the total space into two volumes.

Keep consumption under control. This was the customer’s main requirement, justified by the high productivity of the plant and the size of the media to be painted.
Soluzione
We installed a Space industrial spray booth, equipped with a roll-up sectional door to divide it into two independent spaces. This makes it possible to use all or only part of the available space, significantly reducing energy consumption.
The booth has a partially grated floor with integrated rails for easy handling of the carpentry to be painted. Flexibility and fluidity for efficient production processes.
