In painting rail cars, it is important to have smooth and safe movement of the vehicles and an airflow that is uniform even in a large cabin.

Painting objects such as railroad cars requires a paint booth of adequate size and access doors that allow the use of rails to accommodate vehicles of all sizes. The thermo-ventilation units must provide even air flow to every point in the booth with emphasis on system efficiency and operating costs.
Solution
We installed two Space industrial spraybooth in line. in this way it is possible to use them individually, in the case of small rail cars, at the same time, in the case of very long cars or to work simultaneously on two vehicles even with different processing stages.
Each cabin is equipped with a custom-made excavation to accommodate the floor rails. The thermo-ventilation units have been sized to provide a homogeneous air flow of 0.3 m/s throughout the working area and positioned above the cabin, without occupying valuable surface area in the shed. LED lighting is homogeneous at every point in the booth for flawless work.
To complete the system, a paint mixing box was installed to work safely and increase plant productivity.
