The painting of large objects requires a tailor-made large-equipment paint booth, which guarantees a homogeneous air flow in such a large space. The handling of the vehicles requires special attention, designing the paint shop with integrated floor rails.
Solution
We commissioned two tailor-made Space Industrial Booths installed side by side. Each booth is equipped with floor suction and custom-made excavation to house the tracks. The high performance thermal-ventilating units are dimensioned to ensure a homogeneous airflow of 0.3 m/s throughout the entire work area. The units are placed on top of the cabin, saving valuable production area.
A Paint Mixing Room completes the system, enabling higher productivity and occupational safety.
