The infrared lamp system is a completely electric solution for paint drying. Thanks to the use of short-wave technology, the heat penetrates deeply into the substrate, accelerating the paint curing from the inside out. This process optimizes the evaporation of water contained in the paints, reducing drying times by up to a third compared to conventional cycles.

The lamps, perfectly integrated into the walls of the booth, ensure uniform irradiation over the entire surface of the vehicle, guaranteeing fast and effective drying. The homogeneous distribution of heat translates into greater operational efficiency and increased productivity: it is possible to complete up to one more painting cycle per day.

Intelligent control

The system is equipped with a simple and intuitive PLC interface, which allows complete control of the drying cycle. For each work cycle, it is possible to:

  • Select active areas
  • Set timing and sequencing of power on
  • Adapt parameters to different types of intervention (lateral, frontal, spot, component)
  • This versatility makes it suitable for all operating conditions typical of modern body shops.
Energy compatibility and sustainability

The infrared system, with zero emissions and compliant with the most advanced sustainability standards, can be integrated with auxiliary heat sources (electric, gas, or hybrid from renewables), offering flexible and optimized energy management.
