Personal data will be processed in hard copy, computerised and telematic form, and entered in the relevant databases that can only be accessed by the data controller and its employees. With regard to data processed in electronic form, it is emphasised that all appropriate security measures have been taken to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject.

The data collected will be stored in digital form on our servers within the EU territory.
If the data subject is already our customer or a potential customer, any data preparatory to business transactions and technical support will be transferred to our ERP.
Collected CVs will only be kept for as long as necessary for evaluation purposes, and in any case, data not of interest will be deleted every 6 months.

The collected data will not be transferred outside the EU territory.
Rights of the data subject
In relation to the aforementioned processing operations, the data subject has the right, for data not required for legal purposes, to request access to his or her personal data and its rectification or erasure or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
If the processing is based on consent, the controller shall inform the data subject that he/she has the right to withdraw it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
