Generates reports and processing charts to improve process efficiency
Blowtherm Process Performance Center (BPPC) is a data acquisition Scada-Software that generates detailed reports with paint phases, processing times, temperature indications. Through a graphic elaboration it becomes possible to monitor in real time all the phases of the painting process. BPPC constantly displays the clogging status of the filters and allows you to request support via e-mail from your technical assistance center.
BPPC keeps track of the technical and economic parameters of the processes, providing operators and supervisors with useful information to improve the efficiency of the painting processes.
The reports allow assuring the quality of the painting process in the automotive field and in all industrial processes, where the acceptable limits of variability of the process parameters are lower.
Through the graphical interface, it is possible to consult the reports in the archive. BPPC stores the data of the order, the operator and the production lot in real time, processing them and offering them for review in the reporting system.
