Smart air management in the spray booth

Choose the most effective ventilation system ever. Thanks to the zoned airflow and modulation, work cycles will be even faster.

The Ultra Air Speed system modulates the air flow inside the spraybooth, concentrating it in the areas where it is necessary or required; by reducing the passage section, it is possible to increase the air speed or keep it constant, it reduce the energy consumption.

The PLC control system guarantees the possibility of setting the system according to your needs and allows you to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.

Ultra Air Speed can control the partitioning of the cabin manually, managing it through the PLC or automatically with the Laser option.

 

In manual it is possible to select any zone, from 1 to 4 according to the necessary combinations; with the automatic Laser system, the zones are managed in pairs according to the scheme:

Ultra Air Speed Laser

Less consumption, fewer emissions, less noise

A system of laser sensors detects the presence of the operator and automatically activates hyperventilation only where it is needed, deactivating it where it is not necessary.

In this way, ventilation is more efficient, with reduced consumption and shorter cabin setting times. A fully automated system without the intervention of the painter.

It complies with EN16985, with an air speed of 0,3 m/s, as required by the law, but with a lower flow rate than the standard. Smaller open section lead to smaller amount of air flow (only where the painter is located)
