The new paint shop has a generously dimensioned work-area for seamless preparation of painting, two combined painting and drying booths in standard size and one large booth to be able to work in parallel on at vehicles of different sizes.
Solution
We have developed a paint shop layout that consists of four Genius-Universal preparation areas with rear wall suction in order to allow for maximum efficiency in the use of all work equipment. Two World booths have been installed in front of the preparation stations, one in standard size and another with a usable 4 meter height, in which all types of SUVs and transporters can be moved and worked upon without any problems. The booths are accessible from the front and rear sides, in order to accelerate the handling of the vehicles within the paint body shop.
Best air handling is assured with high-performance ventilation units with direct heated gas burners for precise temperature control with minimal consumption and optimum performance. A solution that enabled the paint shop owner to invest in innovative and sustainable, eco-efficient technologies within a reasonable budget.
