A painting plant with very high energy efficiency for perfect finishes on hulls and boats

The painting booth had to be adjustable to adapt to the processing of large hulls and smaller vehicles. Uniform lighting was required on each part of the vehicle, both on the sides and on the top, to provide precise control during machining.
The volume of the cabin required a very powerful fan unit, with high energy efficiency, and a quick and precise control of the painting parameters.
Solution
We installed a Space industrial cabin 30 m long, divided by a door that allows the creation of two independent areas: one large and one smaller with an independent side entrance. This way you can use only one area, heating and ventilating only the space used, or use the cabin in its entirety.
The painting plant uses four high-air and high-efficiency fan units, equipped with inverter and heat recovery, for use in recirculation mode with maximum energy efficiency, significantly reducing operating costs. The units are equipped with a Green activated carbon purifier, which significantly reduces the emission of harmful substances into the environment.
Two PLCs allow you to precisely control all functions of the two zones of the industrial cabin in a separate way or the complete cabin.
The lighting is uniform throughout the cabin thanks to a system of Blowlight LED ceiling lights arranged in a capillary way on the sides of the cabin and on the plenum.
At the request of the customer, a lifeline system was installed on the plenum of the cab, to give the operator the opportunity to work at height in complete safety.
