The automotive industry requires aesthetic finishes of the highest quality.
This required a plant that would ensure flawless painting on plastic, with precise temperature and ventilation control during painting.
The intensive use of the plant also required the use of technologies to reduce in energy consumption and thus overall processing costs.
Solution
The project consists of a painting plant composed of a Genius preparation station that ensures a dust-free space through the efficient floor vacuum system. We integrated an automated sanding system with a random orbital sander, improving processing efficiency.
Painting takes place inside an Extra spraybooth equipped with a PLC touchscreen, for precise control of all painting parameters, and all the latest energy-saving technologies: heat recovery, inverter and direct fire burner.
The combined use of these technologies enables a reduction in electricity consumption by up to 30% and a reduction in fuel consumption by up to 50%. With significant savings in operating costs of the paint plant and improved environmental sustainability.
To complement this, we have installed a heated mixing box that maintains a constant temperature of the paints, ensuring their perfect integrity.
