A highly efficient spray paint shop for electric buses, with the possibility to control the temperature and humidity in the booth.
Solution
The system consists of four Space industry painting booths. These are large modular spray booths and paint ovens to handle particularly large vehicles such as electric buses.
One of these booths is equipped with air conditioning to control the temperature and humidity of the environment and to avoid damage to the electrical and electronic components of the vehicles during the painting process.
To complete the system, a paint mixing room has been installed which is fully compliant to product-, operational process- and environmental protection regulations.
