The company, a leading manufacturer of advanced packaging solutions, needed to increase its production efficiency while keeping operating costs low and reducing the space dedicated to coating. The aim was to speed up the production process and ensure an optimal material flow.
Solution
To meet these requirements, we have created a large spray booth, the Space, equipped with front, middle and side roll-up doors that facilitate access to the painting area and make it easier to handle the parts to be painted. The layout of the accesses leads to an uninterrupted flow of workpieces and the possibility of dedicated processing in each section of the booth.
The plant is equipped with an innovative active carbon purification system, the Green, to reduce atmospheric emissions, and a heat recovery system that ensures energy efficiency and a significant reduction in operating costs. To reduce the installation area, the thermo-ventilating unit has been placed on a platform integrated with the spray booth box.
