Our Customer needed to renovate two plants in two different countries at the same time, increasing their productivity and making them more eco-efficient, thanks to advanced and perfectly integrated technologies.
Solution
The two systems are conceptually similar, but have been designed to fit perfectly into two different locations.
Both solutions feature an Extra spray booth with a direct fired gas burner thermo-ventilation unit positioned on the roof, offering high efficiency and saving production space in the plant.
The vehicles are prepared in a quadruple preparation area, equipped with perfectly integrated under-wheel lifts and infrared lamps, shelves, sliding doors, but above all the intelligent PLC control system, which automates and makes the control of the work processes simple and intuitive. There are also areas for aluminum and polishing, and a paint mixing box adapted to the new standards of modern body shops (primer, water base paint, UV with control units).
