What is Blowtherm remote assistance?

A remote technical support service, with remote intervention by a qualified and specialised operator who intervenes to resolve any malfunctions of the system:

  • Direct interaction: the technician accesses the machine’s PLC Blowtherm to diagnose and solve the problem.
  • Indirect interaction: the technician guides the user via telephone or video call.
