Our customer wanted to renovate the coating area of a large recently acquired centre, aligning it with the quality requirements of the automotive brands it represents and ensuring the high standards that have always characterized their business, synonymous with reliability and global presence.
Solution
The first challenge was to position two Extra spray booths and the Genius preparation zones in an existing environment, with space constraints, and with the aim of smooth movement of the vehicles within the area. While the Extra spray booths are equipped with a floor-mounted suction solution with 5 rows of grilles, the Genius zones use a rear suction wall for optimal air flow, with extraction units positioned to take up as little space as possible.
To facilitate the preparation and disassembly of taller vehicles, we installed a Genius XL preparation area that takes advantage of all available height and makes it easier to work on vans, vehicles that the customer normally sells and repairs.
Finally, there is a paint mixing box and an aluminum area, which is essential for the features of modern vehicles and also includes a set of welding curtains.
