The variability of the size of the hulls to be repaired required a modular cabin, suitable for both smaller and larger hulls.
To achieve a perfect finish at low energy costs, it was necessary to use energy-efficient thermal ventilation units with fast and precise control of painting parameters.
Solution
A Space industrial spray booth was installed, equipped with an intermediate shutter with the advantage of using the entire cabin or only half of it, heating and ventilating only the space used, halving consumption. The tunnel arrangement facilitates the movement of the nautical vehicle from the machine shop to the painting area.
The painting system uses six high-efficiency thermal fan units with high air flow to handle such a high air volume and ensure even ventilation throughout the booth. Optimal temperature while keeping energy consumption under control.
