A sectional booth for painting metalwork efficiently

An industrial plant for painting large metal parts with management of ventilation and energy consumption

Painting inside a large booth can be very wasteful during operations that do not require the use of the entire available volume. Dividing the booth through intermediate doors allows it to be adapted to the size of the substrate to be painted, significantly reducing energy consumption.

Request

A flexible environment was needed, suitable for painting large metalwork, occupying all the available space, but also for painting smaller components, dividing the total space into two sections through a sectional door.

Solution

We designed an industrial plant based on a large Space booth, equipped with an intermediate door to divide it into two independent spaces. In this way it is possible to use the cabin in its entirety, or just one section or even the two sections at the same time. This makes it possible to precisely manage airflow while keeping consumption low.

The booth has rails integrated with the partially grated floor for easy handling of the heaviest parts. Paint lifts integrated with the booth facilitate painting operations, making processes leaner and faster.
