High productivity through automated handling system
The use of in automated handling system (conveyor) substantially improves plant productivity by facilitating and speeding up part handling operations.
Automated plants require special realization precision, because robots and handling lines perform exact movements that must be foreseen during plant design. Therefore, the spray booth must adapt to the existing facilities without any interference.
Request
A custom plant was requested that would exactly fit the handling line and robots provided. All with an efficient vacuum system suited to the specificity of the processing.
Solution
We built a custom Extra spray booth designed around the conveyor and robots that were part of the automated plant. It is equipped with a grating base adapted to allow the installation of the robots and overhead conveyor structure.
Containment of energy consumption, reduction of pollution, speed and versatility in processing are some of this project.
To complete the industrial plant, an industrial paint kitchen was installed to safely prepare paints for use inside the booth.
