High quality surfaces with low production costs and efficient extraction devices
We built the complete paint shop for an industrial company that produces high-quality bicycle bicycles and accessories. Our customer’s manufacturing process must guarantee perfect surfaces. In this case applied to materials that are particularly difficult to paint, such as plastic composites with carbon fibers. We were able to apply our in-depth experience with regard to painting techniques on plastic, metal and composite materials in the industrial and automotive sectors.

For stable painting processes and perfect surfaces with low production costs at the same time, the customer needed a painting system with which the temperature and clean air flow can be precisely controlled in every processing stage from preparation to final finishing.
Solution
The entire spray paint system planned and installed by us consists of two Extra paint booths for a perfect finish and double sized paint preparation bays with special sanding and dust-extraction tables for processing composite materials. The system is precisely controlled by a PLC system which covers all phases of the painting process- The frequency converter for dynamic speed and torque control increases the effectiveness of the fans and reduces production costs to a minimum in all operating states.
The plant has been equipped with a Green activated carbon air purifier, which reduces the emission of harmful substances into the environment. The high absorption capacity of the activated carbon system, which is the result of our experience in smoke, dust, and solvent extraction systems, ensures an effective solution against emissions produced during processing.
In addition, a paint mixing box was installed to prepare also the colors in complete safety.
