A custom paint booth for the Frecce Tricolori
The request came from the Air Force, and the aircraft to be painted were none other than the Frecce Tricolori, the Aermacchi MB.339 aircraft used by the military aerobatic patrol, world famous for their performances and a source of national pride.

Such a special aircraft required a custom paint booth designed exclusively for this aircraft and adapted to the outline of the aircraft, which had to be able to be painted without the need to disassemble any parts.
The cabin had to have all the features necessary to achieve high-performance finishes of the highest quality.
Solution
We created a custom cabin inside a hangar intended for the maintenance of the Frecce Tricolori.
The cabin follows the profile of the aircraft exactly, so it can be moved easily, and is enclosed by a series of custom-made front doors.
Air flow and temperature are homogeneous over the entire surface of the aircraft, thanks to powerful industrial thermo-ventilation units, which ensure optimized consumption at the same time.
Controlled temperature and efficient ventilation are ensured by the thermal fan unit management panel.
