A convenient and sustainable full electric solution
A new generation, fully electric paint booth has been installed inside a cutting-edge body shop, oriented towards new technologies and sensitive to environmental sustainability issues.

The customer asked for a fully electric paint booth, without the use of thermo-ventilation units powered by fossil fuels (such as gas or diesel).
The solution had to be efficient, cost-effective and able to guarantee high quality standards in the painting process.
Solution
We created an Extra spraybooth equipped with an endothermic panel heating system.
These panels transfer heat directly to the support to be painted, avoiding the need to heat the air in the surrounding environment.
This technology eliminates heat loss, reduces unnecessary energy consumption and does not involve any combustion process.
The result is a system that allows:
- significant energy savings
- zero emissions into the atmosphere, eliminating the need for traditional burners
- installation without checks by firefighters
Inside the booth the air is clean and dust-free environment thanks to an efficient filtration system, while the Blowlight LED system ensures natural and homogeneous lighting on all surfaces to be painted,
